String Theory Cider is a small award winning cidery in Cumberland, Wisconsin. We make a limited quantity of superb ciders available in 750ml bottles. Our ciders are crisp and dry, but not austere. The structure and complexity of our ciders comes from the acid and the bitter and astringent tannins in the juice of select apples, slowly fermented and thoughtfully blended. A secondary in bottle fermentation creates a pleasing, natural effervescence. String Theory Ciders are refreshing anytime and even better when paired with good food.
